Manage customer organisations, local admins, and enabled modules. Open a customer app only when support work requires it.

Internal Users — our own organisation

People in the ProjectBook workspace only, never customer accounts. Add staff here, then give main admin rights only to the people who should manage customers and access. Customer users are managed per customer under Customers & Access.

Customer Users

Members and invites in a customer's company. Pick a customer, then invite users or change roles and access. Not related to our internal ProjectBook users.

Orphaned logins

Login accounts that belong to no customer and no internal user — typically left behind by customer deletions before login cleanup existed. Accounts with a pending membership invite are never listed. Listing is read-only. Deletion re-checks every account server-side and blocks the login instead of deleting it when business records still reference it; blocked accounts keep their email address occupied.

Customers & Access

Manage customer organisations, local admins, module access, and customer app access. New customers are created through the reviewed staging RPC.

Staging only: customer creation writes to the foundation organisation tables, creates or queues the local admin by email, and sets enabled modules in one audited operation.
Company lookup Search by company name, organisation number, VAT number, or bankgiro to prefill the customer profile. Manual entry still works if no match is found.
Company profile (offers, invoices & PDFs) Printed on the customer's offers, invoices and order emails - replaces the old hardcoded details.
